Delivery Policy
We will dispatch your order by post or courier. Within the UK, you can expect delivery within 7 working days (though for large orders or at busy times this may take up to 21 days. We will advise you at the time of ordering if delivery is going to be longer than standard). International orders may take a little longer. Please contact us for information on overseas charges and deliveries.

REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Through the retail part of the site we will offer a 14 day no quibble
money back policy (excl. P&P). Please contact us to obtain a returns
authorisation code. No returns will be accepted without this. Any
products returned and found to be faulty will be replaced free of
charge, or at our discretion we may offer the customer a full refund.
This does not affect the customers statutory rights. The customer can
cancel an order at any time prior to despatch by emailing or telephoning
us.
2. MISTAKES IN BILLS, RECEIPTS or PAYMENTS
We will correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments as soon as
possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.
3. COMPLAINTS
We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and advise you how
long it will take to resolve the complaint. We will keep you informed
throughout the process.
